Responsibility
- Support dealers to investigate open quality issues and make sure dealers submit PQR as guideline
- Monitor and evaluate service activity progress at dealers
- Monitor and evaluate warranty operation at dealers
- Aftersales operation
- Monitor and evaluate dealer spareparts operation
- Monitor and evaluate aftersales system work well at dealers
- Develop and submit regular report based on activities of utilities operational and use it as references for improvement recommendation analysis to be given to management in order to maintain and improve aftersales operation
Request
- Male or female, under 35 years old
- Language Require Bahasa Indonesia and English(preferred if also good in Mandarin)
- Have min. 3 years working experience in field of vehicle sales, marketing in Indonesia, either in Automotive OEMs or on automotive distributor/dealer side.
- Understand aftersales business process at dealer
- Have basic technical automotive knowledge, dealer aftersales operation, warranty operation, and problem solving
- Report to After Sales Operation Development Manager
